Megan Lee is Product Design Lead at Productic Studio, she got into product design because she kept arguing with engineers about screens that looked finished while the decisions underneath were still mush.

She leads design across client squads: research when it changes a choice, prototypes that expose risk early, and systems that keep quality from drifting. She will challenge a beautiful mockup if the journey underneath is dishonest.

Outside work she sketches floor plans for apartments she will never live in. On the job, every flow has to earn its complexity.
