Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes how Productic Studio services, Productic Panel, Productic Tools, and collaborative surfaces may and may not be used. It applies to all users with access to our platform.
Scope
This policy covers use of productic.studio, Productic Panel, collaboration workflows, support channels, public comment areas, and tools such as Blackboard when accessed through your Productic account or an authorized session.
If you are an active customer, this policy works alongside your engagement agreement. Where both apply, we expect conduct that respects confidentiality, professionalism, and the integrity of the platform.
Permitted use
You may use Productic services for legitimate business collaboration, including:
- Submitting collaboration requests and reviewing proposals
- Managing engagements, documents, and squad communication in Productic Panel
- Opening and responding to support tickets
- Participating in moderated discussions on articles, news, roadmap items, and lessons
- Using Productic Tools as documented and intended
Prohibited use
You may not use Productic services to:
- Violate applicable law or encourage others to do so
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe or disrupt our systems
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data without authorization
- Post confidential third-party, client, or employer information in public areas
- Share engagement materials outside authorized channels without permission
- Spam, manipulate votes or comments, or interfere with moderation workflows
User content and confidentiality
You are responsible for content you submit. Do not post material that infringes intellectual property rights, violates law, or exposes information you are not authorized to share.
Public comments and community surfaces are not appropriate places for sensitive engagement details, unreleased product information, or personal data about others. Use Productic Panel and approved collaboration channels for confidential work.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or if necessary to protect users, customers, or the platform.
We may report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required. Serious or repeated violations may affect future access to Productic services.
