Agreement

These Terms apply to visitors, account holders, and customers who use our website, panel, tools, or collaborative features.

If you use Productic on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Services

Productic Studio provides managed product capacity through subscription engagements. Our website describes our operating model, services, and tools.

Access to Productic Panel, proposals, engagements, and squad delivery is governed by individual proposals and engagement agreements. Those documents define scope, capacity, commercial terms, and delivery expectations. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls for that customer relationship.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

Provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a collaboration request. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Use of our website and platform

You may access and use our website and platform for lawful business purposes, subject to these Terms and any feature-specific rules. Unless we state otherwise, Productic owns the intellectual property in our website, brand, platform code, and pre-existing materials.

You must not:

• Copy, republish, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our systems beyond normal use
• Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of our services
• Use automated means to access the platform without our written consent

User content

You may submit content through collaboration briefs, support tickets, comments, uploads, and other platform features ("user content"). You retain ownership of your user content, subject to the license below.

You grant Productic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display user content as needed to operate our services, moderate public discussions, and deliver engagements you have with us.

You are responsible for ensuring your user content is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe third-party rights or breach confidentiality obligations.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Productic services in a lawful and respectful manner. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes permitted and prohibited behavior in more detail, including rules for Productic Panel, tools, and public discussions.

Intellectual property

Productic Studio retains ownership of its brand, website, platform, tools, templates, and materials created independently of a customer engagement.

Ownership of deliverables, customer-provided materials, and work product created during an engagement is defined in your proposal and engagement agreement. Nothing in these Terms transfers engagement-specific IP rights unless your agreement says so.

Limitation of liability

Our website, panel, and tools are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Productic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or panel.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for paid engagements, deliverables, and professional services is governed by your engagement agreement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
